Ownership, Delivery and Storage of the Images

1. You agree that, we will remain, the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all Raw Images and any copies of the Raw Images. Upon booking a Session you acknowledge and accept that we retain the right to use all photos for education, editing, exhibition, competition and advertising purposes.

2.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong
